I teach staff how to ask the right questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and body types, while also conducting a quick bird-eye assessment to determine the best silhouettes for each individual.
My training helps employees understand how to offer fashion advice that not only enhances the customer experience but also boosts sales by recommending styles that truly flatter and resonate with the client's personal style. From body shape analysis to identifying the right colors and accessories, my goal is to empower store staff to be confident, knowledgeable, and effective in guiding customers to the perfect outfit.
